Jae Moung Kim has been a Professor of the Graduate School of IT& Telecommunications, Inha University since April 2003. He had worked at ETRI (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) from Sept. 1982 to March 2003 served as Vice President of Radio & Broadcasting Technology Laboratory from February 2000 to March 2003, Executive Director of Information Security Technology Division from April 1999 to February 2000, and Director of Satellite Communication System Department from May 1988 to April 1999. He had also been Adjunct Professor of Electronics Engineering Department, Chungnam National University, Korea from Sept. 1995 to August 1999.
